Based in the lagoon town of Knysna, South Africa, known for its boat building history, Duelflyers mission is to provide affordable catermerans to a global market that can sail and manoeuvre as a high performance racer, while still providing the consumer with their comfort requirements. Many first time yacht buyer make the mistake of look for a vessel based on the list of amenities and not at its cruising performance as they see a performance vessel as less safe. Slower, more bulky catamerans accelerate slower and as a result experience more loads in windy conditions. It may feels slower but it is not necessarily safer. This is what sets performance crafts such as Duelflyer in a class of its own for fuel efficency, sailing performance, electrical range and safety
